Consumer court has given order for refund of payment in our case of commercial shop purchase from builder. Post completion of 30 days but still we have not seen any revert from builder. Guide us for further course of action in this regard.

You can file the execution of the award passed by court in the same court after 30 days. Court can issue warrant and also attach movable and immovable property of the judgment debtor on non complaince of the award passed by court.

File execution before consumer forum , forum will issue show cause notice and after this if they do not appear then forum may issue warrant and by this you can easily execute your claim , just file execution
