Execution of NCDRC order for 13 flat buyers
10-Jul-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
We 13 buyers booked flats in 2011-12. Never got possession. Then we filed case for money refund in 2017 and won case on 15 april 2019. Court gave 3 months to Supertech means 15 july 2019. But no comply from ST, Now we are filing orders of execution.
Need to know how much approx. time it takes for full procedure?
Which fora did you move for your reliefs? Any positive correspondences with the builder? The amount of time taken for execution to be effected varies on how the execution petitions are drafted and argued. Further and better particulars are needed for an effective opinion.

It will depend on whether you have details of assets of the company or not. And also on whether there are charges on these assets. In case you do not have asset details than you will have to pray for arrest of directors.

execution petition will be filed by each one of you separately. First of all it will be drafted and filed after notice issuance it will be decided very soon. Generally in consumer protection act this may be decided quickly that is within two to three dates maximum
