Execution of decision of a property case.

Hi,we had filed a case against our builder for not giving possesion on time and delay in construction in consumer court.we got the decision in our favour where court had asked builder to pay X amount to ous. But builder is no where listensing. No contact from builder. Not next step is how will get the money, what is the next step for executing this case decesion.
