educational institute not provide service after depositing fees

18-May-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I paid a fees of 9000/- to an educational institute for distance learning, but I did't get any service form them. For two years they had been saying we will conduct exam. But now the director of that institute is started ignoring me. I went there many times asking for fees refund, I also gave in written for the same, but no response. What should I do, I am a student.

Don't take tension. With your receipt of the amount deposited with them file in consumer Court against their I'll will reasons and négligence of duty. And they will be surely penalized for their conduct and duty.

if you have the fees receipt and email conversation with them kindly file a consumer case in the district forum as soon as possible because after 2 years the limitation finishes to recover the money or services from the institute. So do the needful as soon as possible. you do not need an advocate to do the same. You can make an application in simple white paper and attach all the documents pertaining to it.

Hi, your action may lie in three parts, one part may be to ask fee back and compensation/damages through consumer forum, the second part may be filing a criminal case of fraud etc. and third case is recovery of money. You may proceed for all these actions simultaneously. Thanks and regards.
