Have I to file a case in cosumer court to my claimoney.
to proceed ahead in filing a case against the company to get the claim amount, you can send them a legal notice asking for your claim amount, if they do not revert back or pay your amount then you can file a consumer case as per the pecuniary jurisdiction. make sure all the documents are with you and filed with the complaint.
