Do we get recovery money with refund if we win the case?

In a case against Flipkart for refund, do we get recovery money for our time which is wasted plus the money which we have to spend as part of fees for advocates and posting our complaints on India Consumer Forum????????????
Yes you can file consumer complaint against flippant and ask for the refund of your money.
