i bought a plot 2000sft from Disha direct , in 2011, they promise club house , now no dev but asking 4 750rs per ,month dev charges
Depending on the terms of the Buyers AgreementAgreement to Sale, you may be subject to payment of EDC (external development charges) and IDC (Internal development Charges). You should refer to the said document for more clarity about your rights.
