Deposit caution fees for admission in college not being refunded

19-Feb-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I tried taking admission in a MBA college in Bangalore in Nov 2014. At the time of admission they asked 50K caution fees which will be refunded once i pay the complete fees. Then i came to know that the faculty is not good and i cancelled the admission. Now i am asking for the refund and they are delaying the same for past 2 years. What action can i take?

Firstly you should immediately serve a legal notice on them and see their response to it.
If they are reluctant to take action and refund your fee in a case where you are legally entitled to receive the refund, you also have the option to take further legal action against the college/institution.
