Delayed possession and asking for enhanced price

What are the chances of me getting my house or refund in ncdrc if the builder has delayed in giving the possession by 9 years....Also how much time does it take
You should knock the door of consumer court at earliest a a the course of action arise however you can knock the door of consumer court with fresh course of action i. E. When was the last time he promise you to deliver the possession

Hello chances of getting possession of the house depend upon stage of construction and what you demand. It would be appropriate if you address your complaint before RERA as it is a special act for real estate disputed,ncdrc will take time as it is load of cases from all kind of consumers. If you have filed complaint before ncdrc you will have to withdraw with liberty to file before RERA but if before shifting to RERA you must analyse stage of case before ncdrc if it is at advance stage continue with ncdrc. Hon'ble Supreme court has passed many judgements in favour of home buyers and against real estate developers so if genuine complaint is there you have high chances of success
