Delay in possession of booked flat

I purchased a flat in Greater Noida. Possession of my flat has been delayed for over a 2-3 years now. What should I do? Kindly suggest.

You can approach to consumer court for your money back with interest or for possession. You can contact me I am already in greater noida court and consumer court. In which sector or society you book your flat tel me full details.

You have to file a case in RERA office lucknow.you will get the speedy remedy through RERA. Presently i m dealing with such certain real state matters many similar to yours. You can contact me for further process.

Hello sir, you can file complaint in consumer court regarding the same and compensation can be claimed and as RERA has also been implemented in U.P which will help in your issue.

The options available to you are that you have to file a complaint before RERA mentioning all the details of your grievance along with a parallel complaint in the consumer court against the said builders/developers for the said possession of the flat once notice is issued against the parties you will have a conditional option for the resolution of the said dispute.
