Delay in obtaining degree due new rules by college what can I do
26-May-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I am a 2008-2012 batch engineering student. My Nov 2015 exam result was displayed on 30th May 2016 now am denied to appear for re exam. A decision was made which delayed my degree by 2 years. Am expected to sit for 1 more year post 8 years of course. Also my freeship of 15000 has been falsely claimed by someone else.
You can file a consumer complaint against them
As per some judgment University are service provider therefore they can be sued under consumer act.
You may also write your grievance to university grant commission.
