Flat handed over by builder in Nasik, but no amenities as promised during booking given, delay in complete project by 5 yrs What is the option available
You can file a consumer complaint before the consumer court against the builder for delay in possession and not providing amenities as per the agreement... And u can get the compensation and pending amenities order from consumer court...
