Delay in delivery of house can I claim compensation

booked in Dec 2012, and the possession date was Apr-15. The builder has taken more than 90% of the money , i.e around 65 Lakhs as of Nov-14. they promised a East facing(explicitly specified in Email while booking) and they begun constructing a West facing, in Nov-14 we raised the issue. In Mar 2015 they proposed to re-model the existing construction to suit to a east facing and got us to sign the new floor plan, And promised to construct and deliver the Villa by Dec-15, the now its Jun-16 and they need 10 more months. What is the compensation that I should receive and how should we go about

Dear Sir/Madam, you have to claim compensation for delay possession against the said builder after signing the new floor plan, possession deliver the Villa by Dec. 15. Delay is now 6th month running, you have to claim as aforesaid. If you want my legal service I will do it.

Dear friends,
Yes your builder has breached trust and agreement ,yes compensation would be considered from the point of loss of your wealth ,time ,inconvenience ,harassment and fraud etc ,hence better meet and can have all the prospect to talk and discuss .Ofc : pankaj Kumar

You are definitely entitled to receive compensation for the unfair trade practices the builder is carrying on.
Immediately serve a legal notice on the,. Approach a good lawyer near you.
File a consumer compliant thereafter.
