Delay in delivery of goods by Movers and Packers

I was promised a 10 day delivery of my goods when picked up from Noida by a ghaziabad based PnM company. I've already paid the full amount and yet have not received the goods. It's been more than 3 months now. On every call to the person responsible makes an excuse and says will be delivered in a day or two. I really want the compensation and also want my money back along with the goods delivered. what should i do?
You must file a complaint before consumer forum for claim of damages along with your goods. If goods are not returned then you can claim cost of goods along with damages and other charges for for deficiency in services. You can also file a criminal case of criminal breach of trust.
