Delaer took advence to block vehicle and they sold all vehicles.

Hi sir, My name is P.V.Dinesh Reddy from kadapa,Andhra pradesh,India. I went to skoda showroom and book skoda rapid onyx diesel manual by paying Rs50000 on 17th december 2018. As it is a limited edition they asked me to pay some amount and block the vehicle so i did so and now on 27th dec 2018 i made a call to the showroom and asked to deliver my vehicle and they say Their is no stock available of the varient what you book as it is a limited edition all the vehicles are sold and now they are asking me to buy another varient which i m not much liking to. I paid advance to block the vehicle as they said but they ignored me. Can i sue them? Help me with this thank you.
You can sue them for deficiency in service. You have to file case before consumer forum. DId they returned your 5lakhs? You have good case to file before consumer forum as they lied to you. They must pay you 5lakhs with interest and compensation for deficiency in service.

Sir the act of the showroom amounts to deficiency in service .You can send a Legal notice by an advocate claiming 50000 and damages.If they failed to respond to the said legal notice you can approach district forum for redressal of your grievance.Hence this is for your information and needful action.
