Defrauded by match maker what action can I take?

We hired a high end match maker . We were open to receiving and approaching proposals out side our caste, Before signing up for her service she assured her that she had number of proposals who were willing to consider proposals outside their caste and she would only be sending us proposals from those families. She also promised that she would be screening the candidates and they would be 'handpicked'. She has defrauded us in the following ways: 1) Many of the candidates profiles she sent us were not open to inter caste marriage. She has a policy of only sending 5 candidates per month. Since most of her candidates were not open to inter caste she was wasting our time by sending us proposals that would never materialize. Due to this we wasted months without making any progress 2) Some of the profiles that she sent us did not even know her and obviously had not hired her services. So there was no question of her screening or handpicking those candidates.
