Defrauded by a private firm hired for services what action can i take

I am a research scholar. I had some difficulty in implementing the code of a part of my research work so i consulted a private firm to seek help from it. They promised me to work for me and send me the implementation plan according to my desire and demanded 15000 rupees for the work. Initially they told me to deposit 3000 rupees as registration fee and rs 12000 later on. After 1 week of depositing the initial fee they messaged me that they have done with the work and send me the fake video of the code showing the working of code. In the video the code seemed to ve fine to me so i deposited rest of the amount. What can i do?
