Deficiency of services sim activation pending since 2 months

04-Feb-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Sir/mam My Airtel Sim stopped working a few months back ,but Airtel store refused to provide duplicate Sim stating that there is a spelling mistake and forced me to upgrade to postpaid only after that I can get the same no.but they did not activated services on my new sim,I approached their nodal officer and their Appellate authority for solution but even after 2 months they did not solve the issue.somehow I came to know the store manager intentionally did not approved my sim swap application even though nodal officer asked him to activate the services . Now can I file a case against Airtel and specially their store manager ?

Dear Client,

You can approach appropriate consumer forum for the deficiency in service rendered by them after issuing you the sim. Furthermore it would be upon them after enquiring into the matter.
