check with their term or disclaimer notice which is provided somewhere in the website. they must have their conditions otherwise they cannot make a sale. moreover the website has their own policy for safety of online purchase make by customer. if they are not doing as committed than you can go for a consumer case if you have proper proof of purchase that too in your own district court. hope that answers your question.
