Defect in car - what action can i take against company

My car has many difects.but when i go to the service center they say when we test drived it was ok.the main problem is some time the break wont work.our life is in danger with this car.what can i do

If you are having any manufacturing or any other defects , it will have to be rectified in the warranty period itself, otherwise it will lead to incessant litigation. If you are having any serious issues you are required to draft a letter regarding the complainr time and date of occurrence with place and other details also add how many persons are there in the car, during the occurrence of complaint. Forward this letter to the Service Manager of the service centre and to the Regional manager services and to the customer care department of the Vehicle manufacturer by speed post acknowledgement due and by email too. This is highly necessary if the problem repeats even after warranty , you can certainly file a consumer complaint citing this letters and acknowledgement avastha proof that you had pointed out earlier and the lacuna on the side of the Vehicle manufacturer and it's service centre.
