Default in reliance data service payment what action can be taken

My reliance data dongle was not working as reliance was updating to 4g no prior information given spoke with customer service no response and also with zonal manager only used 300mb out of 10gb bill generated for two consecutive months without any usage for 1357 paid 350 but getting calls from lawyer to come to civil court or pay 1000 to reliance office

If there is no proper response from reliance file a consumer case against them in the consumer forum. Before filing the case, issue legal notice claiming compensation for the deficiency of service , mental agongy and financial loss etc.,
