My partner don't have adharcard to submit for marriage , and what is the marriage process , and fees of a advocate to complete our marriage process
Hello there! for getting your marriage registered, you will have to make an application with the documents and then after period of one month you will get an appointment from registrar's office. on that day you will have to remain present at office with 3 witnesses and original documents for verification. My fee for the same is 10k. Aadhar card is must now a days so try to obtain the same

It is not necessary that your friend should have Aadhar Card to enter into Marriage with you. However, your Partner need to have alternate valid ID and Address Proof. Your can do either Court Marriage or do marriage as per your own rituals first and then obtain the Court Certificate.
