Dear sir
Consumer court passed the order in 2012 against the builder and after that I have applied for exection application in 2014 but till date court not provide till date any justice and court is softcorner with the builder now what should I do court is only giving date for procedure and do according to the builder
I hope you have filed an application for early hearing of the matter. get that application heard and if the court dismisses it take that application in appeal. the appeallate court will surely hear on merits if you have a good case.

there is new circular in effect to the NCDRC which states that all such old matters be finished within span of 6 month and regular hearing will be considered in these cases. you can file the I.A ij the instant matter.
