Consumer court order in our favour, what next?

16-Oct-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I filed a case against a builder in consumer court and the order has been issued in our favour, no one from the builder appeared throughout the proceedings and so it was issued in our favour. What is the next step? I have been told that we need to file a caveat in the national commission. Is this necessary? Also what is section 25 and section 27 ? And can they be execute without filing the caveat?

Caveat is to filed so you know if they appeal.

Section 25 and 27 are related to execution of order. You haven't received any appeal memo from them so have to go forth for execution under those sections.
