Complaint filed against us as builders landlord claiming share in land

Complaitant claims in Mumbai suburban forum, alleged maintenance charges account of 1986 Also lease and conveyance, of building having landlords tenants in lower 2 floors and ownership society on upper 3 floors. Landlords will not give their share of rights in land, now what ?
