Compensation from builder for delay in giving possession of flat

Sir, i booked a flat in one of the project in Bangalore with an approx cost of Rs 25 lakhs three years back. The builder had done a registered agreement with me and supposed to hand over me the flat by 31 Dec 2015. But the project is running in delay of approx 01 year. I paid around 09 lakhs as per agreement he demanded as per progress of construction. As per the agreement he is supposed to give me compensation per month during this period of delay , but now he is misbehaving with me sending message in Whats App over mobile phone when i asked for compensation. Dear Sir/Madam, you are entitled to get compensation delay period if the said condition is availed in the terms and conditions of sale agreement. If yes, you have to issued a legal notice to him for the same, if the said builder failed to comply the demand legal notice thereafter you have to approach the concerned jurisdictional consumer forum. ... if you want my legal service. Any threat through any means if you apprehend trespass on you safety, you should definitely inform the police.
And yes you can also take them to the court and initiate legal actions for delay in delivering the flat and as you are facing other losses and harassment due to this delay.
