Company promises to give cash back after buying product & cheats

a company has promised to give me cashback after purchasing products, but from 3 months they are not attending my call,not replying to my facebook messages and email,can you tell me how to get my money
Hi, if you have purchased some product under the scheme from the company, then it might be a misleading scheme. I would advise you to first explore the complaint mechanism of that company, if it has any. In absence, you can file a consumer complaint with the district consumer forum. In such situation you may send them a legal notice either yourself or through a Lawyer. In case the Company does not revert to your notice and fail to give you the cashback as promised you can approach the district Consumer Forum with you complaint in this regard.
