Company not giving payment of fixed deposit due to lack of funds

I invested money in SRS Ltd ,Faridabad, Haryana through FDs.On maturity,the company is not retuning the money with interest.The company had issued cheques for payment with insufficient fund in company's account
you need to serve legal notice through your advocate and later on file complaint u/s 138 Ni act in the area of jurisdiction. The directors Mr Anil jindal , Mr Devender Bhadana are in judicial custody in various criminal cases against them.I also have filed case in NCLT Chandigarh against them and the next date is 18.04.2018, you can also join in that case

File case in court with the help of Advocate for cheque bounce case.
Company issued cheque to you in lieu of discharge of their liability against your FD.
If cheque is bounced with insufficient fund. Then send legal notice through an Advocate for 15 days. If you do not received payment within 15 days then file case for cheque bounce.
