company listing to my complains filed already what action can I take?

I have a Prepaid Airtel Mobile number which I have been using since almost 8 years, last month I just logged in to www.airtel.in to check my information online They have my name and address incorrect since 8 years in their records I did send an email to them to correct the details but its been 3 weeks and they have still not done it 1.Firstly when my records were updated 8 yrs back no one called me to confirm my correct name 2.even after telling them to correct the details from past 1 month, no one has corrected the details
