Company denying to give proper services what are my legal rights

I had brought a neww oneplus3 from amazon. During very premature stage i experienced hanging issues. When i reported they did some troubleshooting techniques.that time i washoping for the best.when problem still exists Now they are telling it might be a hardware issue and i have to get it to the service center 400km away from here. They are refusing pick up and drop facility.so i am planning to move it leaglly as i am not the person who should run behind for a service which was for a manufacturing defect by company. Please suggest me how to send them an email and what should i demad.. either service or new product.

Please refer to the terms and conditions in the manual that came along with your phone. There may be a clear narration about the "carry in warranty" at the customers cost. In short there is warranty, the customer will have to borne the charges for the transportation of the gadget, is the general rule applied, unless and until otherwise stated, viz. The manufacturer or other party in the trade promise ir state to bear the cost of transportation. I think it will be better to contact the online trade team and request for return of the gadget, stating ground as manufacturing defect and request for a refund. Other legal remedies will take time and it may be very costly.
