College denied to give degree because of bad performance

26-Jul-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I was enrolled in a 5 year integrated B.A. LLB course in KIIT School of Law and have completed my law course with a CGPA of 5.94 and am awaiting my degree but to my surprise my college recently informed me that I am not eligible for the degree as they won't provide degree to students who have less than 6 CGPA and to be eligible to take the degree I will have to appear in supplemenatry exams although I have do not have any backlog in any subject. I have passed in all my papers still they are putting pressure on me to take the supplementary exams. My question is why should I take supplementary exams when I have not failed in any subject? I am deeply troubled by this very act of my alma mater.Kindly provide assistance

Read the admission from care fully and the conditions there in if your college violating any condition then file case in high court to get your degree certificate where you can get an order or if you want compensation then file consumer case
