Query perused. I would like to advise you to issue a legal notice to the concerned officers of the institute for issuance of Noc within 7 days time failing which we advise you to file a complaint under consumer protection act.

Hi, I would have to go through the college policy on NOC but they cannot force you to pay the whole fees. I would advise you to send a legal notice first before filing a suit to know their contention. Feel free to connect Madhav Nanda Advocate

Hi, Need not worry, you may initiate a consumer case for not issuing NOC. Further, we would require you to provide us with all the documents at the time of your enrolment. For more information feel free to have a word with us, all the very best.
