Coaching Institute not giving refund of the money paid

I am studying in a institute IIT JEE preparation and from the very beginning of the session i was ill and wasn't able to attend my 60% classes and now in mid session i want to withdraw my admission but the institute is refusing for refund as there terms and conditions of not to refund any fee under any circumstances. I paid all amount at once. Please advice me what should i do.
The recourse available to you is that you can file a consumer complaint in the consumer forum. In the consumer complaint you can claim the fees which you have already paid and also damages from the coaching institute.
