Coaching Institute Not allowing me to Re join, after missing the class

I am having issue with the coaching institute, which I paid 1.35L of fee in the month of Dec'2016. I attended 1 week of classes. Later I couldn't attend the classes. I requested them and got transferred from that batch to June'17. Again I couldn't attend. Now I would like to join the classes, but the head of the institute is telling that they won't allow me now, as they can't give exception for more than 1 time. Kindly guide me on this, as I have paid a hefty amount of 1.35L.

Do you have the following documents?
1. A proof of you paid 1.35L
2. Any proof that you attended only one week of classes.

I would advise you to kindly get a legal notice issued to the concerned head of the institute and demand your money back or in alternative to allow you to rejoin by giving a week's time, failing which you can file a consumer complaint before the concerned consumer court.
