Coaching institute guaranteed selecting , how to get refund of money?

Sir me Si ki coaching karna chahta hu jodhpur se aur vha ek coaching classes he jo guarantee lete he si (sub inspector) me selection karane ki aur selection na hone par return fees ke liye stamp pe likh kar dete hain kya selection na hone par main unhe challenge kar sakta hu return pese ke liye kya ye legal he ya unlegal
its not legal, you can ask them to provide a post dated cheque for fees amount which u pay them and make agreement on stamp with condition and cheque amount. if they are agree go ahead.

If coaching centre give guarantee in stamp paper that if no selection than they refund fees. First of all candidates read all the terms and conditions.
When any candidate not selected for such examination than he/she can file recovery of money suit under section 26 read with Order VII of CPC or suit under section 420 of IPC for cheating.
