Clubfactory cheated by sending the wrong product

Club factory team has cheated me by delivering the wrong product and no proper response to collect the product from the delivered address. The product details are :
Order no. ORDER NUMBER: SO107602410 vide
Inv no. 20/02BPO0048854, dt 27.05.2019.
Product item is : adult T-Shirt.
Issue : Ordered for XL size and i received the kids size T-shirt by tearing the size tag also.
I have asked many times to arrange the courier pick-up facility. They simply asking me to provide the address in apps. In apps i have not found such option. Also, i recommended to collect the product at the same address where delivered earlier by giving the order number. They are not responded till now.

when the club factory delivered you wrong product instead of the actual order and and responding you you 2 upload you are address in the app maintained by them which is nothing but improper service and thereby cheated you so you are at Liberty approach a consumer forum by e-demand notice issuing a demand notice the company to home you have placed the o r d e r
