Claim repudiated by insurance company how to proceed now.
12-Aug-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I took inaurance of my mobile from an ins. Co. At the time of proving claim they repudiate it saying my contract is void as at the time of contract i was minor . Although in their terms and conditions it is written that no contract with minor but i was unaware about that . What should i do now. Please help me .

please provide me the information through whose account the premium was paid, because minor can enter into contract through guardian, if you will be able to prove that instruction of your guardian was there then your claim cannot be repudiated.
