hi,
file a consumer complaint for not being used any mark of classification into veg and non veg as per approved standard, and file a complaint or report to police for cheating under IPC.
Thanks & regards

Firstly you need to send a legal notice to the shop owner and the company of the potato fritters. If they do not reply within 15 days you can file a consumer case where you can seek for compensation . you can also file a case in high court of the correct jurisdiction for being hurt religiously and granting compensation for the mental trauma and agony.
