Cheating cases of Rs.25,000 & Rs.1945 respectively is yet to unsettled

I had applied block in Pune under P.M.C.M. gharkul yojna from Maple Group & paid Rs.1945 Seva Kar. Since April 16 it is unsettled even after written complain Police have not took action. In another case I paid Rs.25,000 to Shree Kabir Udeshi for BioGas unit but it is not materilises till today. No refund of money even after Police complain?
Hello Sir,
Don't go for consumer complaint coz amount is very less and only for filing of consumer complaint you need to pay 2 to 3 k in court only. Again you have to manage advocate fees too. So do whatever you can do through police only.

Sir,
If you have already filed a complaint with the concerned police station and police have not acted on it then you can approach directly the Hon'ble High court in writ petition or M.M court for registering an FIR.

You can file private complain against both the parties and drag them to court for you main amount including interest and compensation too. For further detail you need to meet personally with documents.
