Cheated by the developer(MODULE DEVELOPERS PVT LTD)Mr pranab chatterje

Sir I have booked a flat 1200 sq ft super build area in the year 2014,the developer give possession on June 2018 with a delay of 2 years.The flat also registered on June 2018.The promoter during booking time show a KMC PLAN where CARETAKER ROOM and bathroom are mentioned,but after completion of the building we found that a 2 BHK FLAT constructed at ground floor instead of our bathroom and caretaker ROOM.The developer change the KMC PLAN without our concern.We also measured our flat by license LBS where we found 1065 sq flat instead of 1200 sq ft flat.The developer also blocking our main entrance by selling car parking space.The developer totally cheat us please suggest what to do now
In my opinion at first serve a legal notice and then file a consumer case before the consumer forum for deficiency of service . But without detail discussion and document review proper consult is not possible.

You can file a consumer case against the developer for the delay and also for violating the sanction plan ask for completion certificate to the builder and asked for compensation along with cc certificate from the builder.
