Cheated by a second hand car seller

Hi, I purchased used wagonr model 2007 from Dealer in ghaziabad through C2C site. He mentioned Car mileage is 60,000 KM, I got this car checked by mechanic and paid the price 1.25 lacs. From First day car is giving me troubles & its been nearby 40days I have the car & RC with me. I was not aware we could get Maruti car records from Maruti service centre. when I received records from Maruti from 2007 - 2010 mileage was 63000 Km & from 2010 - 2016 how much car was driven no ideas and meter back was done to 60,000. Police says Its buyer mistake, not taking action against dealer for cheating.
