Case against health club for not providing services as promised verbal
18-May-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I joined the health club after paying in advance for one year . They promised lot of things like installing fat analyser , paper tower , well trained/certified trainers, hygienic machines , cleanliness, nothing they provided. Even do not switch on AC saying that other members object to that . I complained them in writing through email ,but they dodged the complaint & stopped replying I even complained to National Consumer Helpline , but they never bothered to answer them either.
Suggest me if I go to Consumer court , what’s the chance of getting refund as the promises they made were all verbal
hi, as far as consumer law is concerned you have to get every detail of product, service etc. and there must be some writing documents to prove your case. any kind of form you have filled up? any membership record? even if you have some msg from the said gym like welcome msg or joining msg. it'll be of help
