Case against builder for not providing sale deed

I purchase 1BHK in Nashik in Dec 2011.I paid full payment of flat before possession. But he do not make society registration & sale deed of all members. I request him for last 5 years but he ignore me. In Aug.2016 I was registered case against builder in consumer court Nashik.
You have all rights to get money as well as to get sell deed but what is your exact problem after getting lodge your case that you just dicuscs with your advocate and what is tour case position right now
