car rental company not returning security deposit

I rented a car from a rental car company where I deposited 10000 rupees for security now they are not returning my deposit back. How do I get it back?
Issue a legal notice to the concerned department of the Company and if you don't receive any reply from the company you can lodge a consumer complaint before the jurisdictional Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum for claim of your amount with interest.
Please keep a copy of invoice with you.
