Car parking allotted by builder case pending in court

One owner is having car & second owner is not having car.Both occupied car parking slots for last 12 years without producing any document to society.Society allotted those parking slots to some other owners.Both filed civil case with car parking allotment letters given by builder and prayed for injunction.After hearing,the court refused to give injunction as builder can not sell common area. Both have not vacated parking slots and saying case is in court. How to make them to vacate the parking slots as no injunction exists.
