Car dealer received money from bank not received car

I decided to buy one used car for me and my family for that i visit and final one car to near our location a used car dealer, i final a car and ask help to provided some part finance for the same car for that the dealer assist me and arrange HDFC car loan finance around Rs 254000/- after i pay token amount Rs. 100000 to dealer the loan procedure start and loan will be disburses direct to car dealer account but the same time the day when the amount transfer in dealer account the dealer underground with take all amount
Dear sir, there are two options for you in this case. Firstly, try to find out from the neighborhood the whereabouts of the dealer and try to meet him if his residence is discoverable and ask for the delivery . If you are sure that he has absconded or if he refuses the delivery , then file a police complaint against him for cheating. Further, inform the bank that you have not received the possession of the car. Pls. also get the address of the owner of the car from RTO and intimate the owner that you had purcahsed the car and the dealer has not delivered the car to you. Later, you can file a suit in civil court for recovery of the amount paid by you to the dealer or for delivery of the car.
