Car dealer failed to get Registration done

03-Jan-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I purchased BMW 3 series GT from BMW libra in August 2018. I was given commitment to get the registration done with in 2 months. Post 2 months when enquired the salesman had already left the organization & it was later found out that BMW libra has filed for dissolution & have taken away the registration money. When BMW India was contacted, they told they will help but failed to commit a date by when it will be done & any written commitment that they will get the registration done. After continuous email exchange & call still the picture is unclear. What legal options do I have for getting registration done

In this regard, i advice you to first them a legal notice to comply by their undertaking of getting it registered and as far i remember the said company was dissolved on the grounds some mis-management, correct me if am wrong. Thereafter, after they fail to reply file a criminal complaint in the nearest Police station as against the supervisor of the company and further the company under Section 420 and 468 of IPC. You will certainly get the matter resolved. For further clarification, please contact.

Get a legal notice issued to the directors and demand a registration with 15 days or so failing which you should file a consumer complaint before the consumer court and seek registration and compensation for deficiency in services and mental harrassment. For further consultancy and legal services you may contact us.
