Cancelled flat booking builder is denying to return the money

i want to file a case with consumer court against wave city NH-24, ghaziabad. I have cancelled my flat in this project,. but they are not returning my money. Where and how should I file the case?

The case is filled on the basis of pecuniary jurisdiction and territorial Jurisdiction, so for that you have to provide the following details:
a. Where the property is located
b. And, the disputed amount.
Accordingly, I will be able to guide you where to file the complaint in which court, whether in District/ state or National and accordingly which district you should approach. However before filling a Complaint you have to furnish a legal notice.

you have to send demand notice to them. if they not pay attention or refund your amount you may lodge complaint before district consumer grievance redresssal forum of Ghaziabad.
