Cancelled admission of kids in summer school no refud

I enrolled my two kids to a play school in delhi for summer camp and paid full summer camp fee. But i coudnt send my kids for the camp due to mishappening in family. I asked for the refund of the fee but play school refused saying they have no refund policy. Since i have not signed any documents related to no refund How can I get my money back?
send a legal notice to the school first and escalate the issue to ministry of education. file a case in consumer court if needed. through these steps only you will be able to create pressure for money refund.

Please issue a legal notice through lawyer and filed a criminal complaint for misappropriation of money and also file a complaint case before consumer court be cutout have not taken the facilities from them and they have not issued any letter for reminder
