Cancellation of no refundable trip due to corona

Do I have any legal options to get the refund of my cancelled trip due to corona which was booked from goibibo travel portal on non refundable basis.
Hotel is ready to postpone booking till 31/07/2020 but I am seeking refund under this corona scenario

To be precise, no you can't get the refund as the terms of it only says that it is non-refundable. But, you can get the refund amount of the flight booked for your travel that was cancelled due to corona.
Apart from it, you can ask them for arranging you an alternate trip with respect to the payment made.

Yes, you can claim 100% refund, if you were not able to travel because of the Covid-19 pandemic. No hotel can impose the condition of postponement if you do not wish to have it. They are bound to refund you.
